President Barack Obama’s campaign is opening two more offices in Virginia this weekend, including one in Henrico County.
That new post, on Nine Mile Road, will be the campaign’s second in Henrico, which has emerged as a bellwether in a critical battleground state that could determine the outcome of the presidential election. The Republican 2012 Victory effort also has an office in Henrico.
Obama’s campaign is also opening an office in Tappahanock on Sunday. Together, they boost the number of Obama campaign offices to 42 statewide.
Sen. A. Donald McEachin, D-Henrico, will be on hand for the Saturday opening in Henrico.
