Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney will deliver a foreign policy speech Monday at Virginia Military Institute in Lexington.
In the 11:20 a.m. speech, Romney “will offer a stark contrast between his vision for a strong foreign policy and the failed record of President Obama,” a release from the campaign said.
The event follows a Romney rally today in Augusta County with running mate Paul Ryan and country music star Trace Adkins and a Romney stop Friday in Abingdon.
President Barack Obama is campaigning in Fairfax County Friday.
Former GOP presidential candidate Sen. John McCain also delivered a foreign policy speech at VMI in April 2007.
